We would love for you to join us at Machine Shed Arena in Warrensburg, MO for Michelle's Birthday Ba$h! This race will be one of the largest ONE SINGLE day races in the state of Missouri. The $5,000 added to the open 4D is guaranteed!!! You read that right, a one single day race with a guaranteed 5K added. No minimum number of entries needed.  We are looking forward to making this an annual event.​

PRE-ENTRIES WILL OPEN ON JULY 1ST, 2024.

*Pre-entries will close on July 31st, 2024, at 5:00PM. Pre entries will be open online via our website. Watch for details closer to pre entry dates. ** After Pre-entries close, you can enter on site the day of the race for a $75 late fee per entry **

After you pre enter, if you need to sell your spot, you can. There will be no refunds from the producer. All changes must be made at the entry table by 10:00 AM the day of the race. No exceptions. We need to make sure we have enough time to process all changes before race start time.

​

The open will start at 10:30AM, hopefully this will allow us to run as many as possible before the heat of the day. We expect to run roughly 50 an hour.

​

This race is all about the payout. There will not be any other sanctions. NO BBR, BRF, WCRA, WPRA, etc... There will also not be any Peewee or Youth classes. This will be an open only event.

*Each horse can run twice in the open [$150 per run]

* Each horse can run TWICE in the open, must pay an entry fee for each run, you can win money on both runs.
* All rider or horse changes must be made at the entry table no later than 30 mins prior to race start time.

* On site entries will close when the first horse runs in the open.

* Entries the day of the race will have a $75 late fee per entry, CASH ONLY. [This is additional to the entry fee and office fee]

* There will be a $25 office fee for any rider, horse, or entry changes.
* No entries will be refunded for any reason!!! 
* Horse abuse of any sort will not be tolerated. This is a public event, and we hold all of our contestants to a professional standard.
* Anyone who volunteers to work will be paid $10 per hour. Please contact Michelle Hamilton to sign up to work. This includes running the gate and setting barrels!
*Payout will be 80% of the $150 entry fee and 100% of added money!
